Kristie Stern

Brief Bio

Kristie is a proud alumni parent of Andrew ‘21 and her daughter Kayla is a member of the class of 2023. A sales strategist and workforce development expert, for over 20 years Kristie has constructed & led sustainable teams and also assembled her own talent acquisition firm from the ground up. A true visionary, Kristie has a drive to forward each organization she works with by forming deep-rooted connections that allow her to expertly identify, respect and better understand the needs of companies and candidates alike. As an active member of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, Kristie serves the AEM in many facets including the Service Members Executive Committee, the Membership Committee, and the Infrastructure Vision 2050 task force.

Kristie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in non-verbal communication from Emory University. Kristie lives outside Burlington, Vermont with her husband, two kids, and their dog. In her leisure time, Kristie can be found traveling, reading, or thrill seeking via roller coasters.
