VCS Places Second at Scholars Bowl

The Vermont Commons School Scholars Bowl team took second place at the Vermont Middle School Scholars Bowl on Saturday, April 28 at Fair Haven Union High School. Sam Edwards-Kuhn won first place in the individual scoring competition with an impressive 400 points. Nathan Gamble placed fourth in individual scoring, and Sophia Webb and Adam Hamilton rounded out the team. Ruth Heindel, Vermont Commons School science teacher, coached the team.
