Brief Biography

I grew up in Shelburne, VT and am proud to call Vermont home. After finishing my undergraduate degree I pursued a career in coaching and higher education where I worked at three institutions (Saint Michael’s College, Bryant University, and University of Vermont) in student life as a resident director and in athletics as a basketball coach. After seven years of working with incredible students and high level athletes, I had the desire to continue my work with a younger age group of students. I am honored to be a part of the Vermont Commons community and to work with such driven, engaged and thoughtful students. I currently also work as a Staff Clinician at a private practice and do individual counseling/psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have a particular interest in sport psychology from my experience as a college basketball coach and extensive work with student-athletes.
