STEP 1: VISIT

STEP 2: APPLY
Complete an online application on the Vermont Commons application website. After the priority deadline of February 20th, applications are considered on a rolling admission and space available basis.
STEP 3: SCHEDULE AN ASSESSMENT
Applicants for 8th through 12th grade will need to register for the ERB/ISEE. Vermont Commons School is an ERB/ISEE test site. Test dates and information can be found at http://erblearn.org/parents/admission/isee/registration. If you’ve missed a registration date, please let us know. We are often able to schedule walk-in candidates, although additional fees may apply.
Candidates for 6th and 7th grade are asked to complete the Vermont Commons School admission assessment. Please contact Jill Strawbridge at (802) 865-8084 ext. 190 or by email email@example.com for monthly test dates and registration information.
STEP 4: RECOMMENDATIONS & TRANSCRIPTS
Request letters of recommendation, found in our online application, from math and English teachers. Guidance counselor recommendations are necessary for high school students. Also forward a school transcript reflecting the past two years and current academic year from your school’s guidance office. Ensure letters and transcripts are sent to:

STEP 5: SUBMIT
Submit all application materials, including the application fee, by the priority date of February 20, 2017. Applications are considered on a rolling and space available basis after February 20, 2017.
STEP 6: FINANCIAL AID
If applying for financial aid, please complete the Financial Aid application at http://sss.nais.org/parents/ and submit by February 20, 2017. Financial Aid is awarded to accepted applicants after February 20th. Please direct questions regarding Financial Aid to Linda Bursell, our Business Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org. For priority consideration, completed financial and admission paperwork must be received by February 20. Requests for both financial aid and admission will be considered on a rolling basis after February 20, 2017.
