DISRUPTION – Documentary Film Series 10/29

disruption_poster_exportDISRUPTION tells the story of the greatest crisis humanity has ever faced and the movement to fight it. Our generation is the first to experience climate change and the last to make a difference. By weaving commentary from recognized voices analyzing climate, politics and society today, the film brings the issue of global warming to the streets in a call to action.

Join us for this important film with a panel discussion afterward, Wednesday, October 29th from 6 to 9pm. This is the first of three films in our Vermont Commons School Documentary Film Series!

The panel discussion will include Dr. Maeve McBride, Coordinator of 350vt.org; Dr. Alan Betts of Atmospheric Research in Pittsford and Vermont’s leading Climate Scientist; Andrea Lloyd, plant ecologist and Professor of Biology at Middlebury; and Staci Lasker, Vice President of Operations and Administration at New Leaf Paper.
